
At Threshold we offer one-to-one training online which gives you direct access to one of our coaches providing you with individual coaching enabling you to follow a personal schedule designed specially for you. We will then stay in touch with you by email, text and telephone to track your progress and to offer help, advice and support as you work towards your running goals.
It might be that you are wanting to improve your running specifically, boost your general fitness or tackle those calories consumed over Christmas. These sessions could be of great value to you in reaching your fitness goals.
The advantage of this service is that you don't have to be a member of a gym or an athletics club, and compared to following a training plan downloaded of the internet, you can provide us with feedback on how your training is going. This allows us to adapt your schedule to account for how your body is reacting to the training or if you have events occuring that a fixed training schedule doesn't account for (like a friends wedding). This makes it much more personal to you!
