We are delighted to announce Guest Speaker Bob Ashwood will be presenting a talk at September's Training Weekend!! One of Britains top coaches, training both club and international runners, Bob's talk will be both informative and highly entertaining.  Book now to guarantee your place!!

Threshold Summer Series - 5K and 10K multi-terrain races held between June and September.  Race 2 is this Saturday!!!

Threshold Winter Series - 2010 / 2011 series will all be on road and will be over 10 kilometres

Leicester's Big 10K - a new race based at Abbey Park in Leicester.  A flat, and potentially PB beating course.  Date now confirmed as April 3rd 2011 - see menu to access the new webpage!!!

Running Day Workshops - Talks and lectures covering training, nutrition and race preparation.  Includes video technique analysis, guided runs and core stability practical sessions.

Running Weekend Workshops - More indepth version of the Day Workshops.  Includes interval sessions and talks by top coaches such as Bob Ashwood (GB Elite distance coach).
